Hong Kong will see an influx of gaming, international investors and blockchain startups this week as part of the NIFTY Blockchain and Hackathon launching tomorrow evening.

Co-founder and managing partner at Kenetic Jehan Chu said the non-fungible tokens (NFTs) were a completely unique asset class, and represented the next generation of value for blockchain.

“They represent an entirely new asset class and a quantum leap in how we quantify and interact with the world around us in a decentralised way. Developers, investors and professionals should be actively engaging in this exciting new space,” said Chu.Click To Tweet
